About our Lamps. . .
Our driftwood table lamps and driftwood floor lamps are the most unique in the world! As with our driftwood tables, we use the most unusual red cedar driftwood pieces from centuries-old tree stumps which have been blown over by storms on islands of Florida’s Gulf coast.
The wood pieces are finely finished by sandblasting and perfectly leveled using our custom built equipment. Then, to produce a wide variety of final pieces, as well as to accommodate individual tastes:
- For the natural driftwood look, we allow the sun to slowly bleach the pieces to beautiful driftwood gray.
- Or, for more color, we use a lacquer to bring out the incredible reddish- brown and blonde natural colors in the wood.
Some of our driftwood floor lamps are available with a built-in table made from a beautiful piece of California Redwood burl. The burl gives many of these pieces a unique look of lace woven into the finish of the wood. These lamps make ideal lamp/end table combinations and are easily adaptable for use with sofas and chairs of any size or variety.
Our driftwood table lamps are finely finished with felt on all bases to ensure protection of your tables or other furniture. The driftwood floor lamps are resin-sealed on all bases giving a smooth finish to wood touching your floors.
All electrical parts are UL approved and have 3-way sockets. All electrical wires are securely and safely hidden inside the lamps, with no unsightly dangling cords.
Most of our driftwood lamps are made from a single piece of wood rather than a collection of smaller assembled pieces, eliminating instability and allowing for a much more natural and pleasing finished look.

- Floor lamps: 42” – 48”
…..and all come with custom fit shades in natural colors to blend with natural colors of wood.
