Buckeye Tables are created from the root "burl" of a tree that grows in the mountains of central California. The table tops are all free form but the edges are rounded for comfort and safety. The table bases are taken from the trunk of the tree and attached to the top with lag bolts. The whole piece is finished with clear satin lacquer which is resistant to most spills.

The natural colors are different shades and degrees of blonde and gray. In addition, I can add, by use of a dye, small amounts of a diffused green, pink, red, or orange. These colors are added to make them look like they are natural to the wood.

Due to the limited availability of this wood, table sizes are restricted to raw materials on hand.
