Maine driftwood coffee table
Although my showroom is not the fanciest of buildings, I always encourage my customers to visit me when they are able. I do my best to photograph my work, so that people have a good representation of the actual pieces, but seeing it in person is always the best way to go. Vin & Barbara were visiting in Sarasota, found me online & asked if they could stop by & look at some coffee tables. They live in Massachusetts but were remodeling their beach home in Scarborough,Maine. They choose a table that was a favorite of mine because of the full design of the driftwood root system.I had created it to accommodate a 32 x 45 rectangle glass, but what they had in mind was an oval shape. I had one of my stock 30×48 ovals that worked just as well. They returned home & after a couple of months when their home was ready I shipped it to Portland, Maine where Vin picked it up at the freight terminal.
